The App collects and transmits only the following technical information:

• Machine Serial Number
• Product Code
• Connected Device Quantity

This data is required to enable Bluetooth connectivity and basic functionality. No personally identifiable information is collected.

2.2 Locally Stored Data

The following is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to Lock Labs:

• Key Cut History
• Favorites (saved key types/settings)
• App Settings

We use the limited technical data solely to:

• Authenticate your device with the key cutting machine
• Provide technical support
• Verify licensing and usage
• Improve App performance

4.1 Transmission

All transmitted data is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

4.2 Storage

Data we store is protected using access-controlled environments and appropriate safeguards.

We retain technical identifiers for as long as the machine is active, plus 90 days. To request deletion, contact us with your serial number. Data is erased within 30 days. You can delete local data using your device settings or uninstall the App.

The App requests:
