Lock Labs Inc uses SMS text messaging for one-to-one, person-to-person business communication between Lock Labs employees and customers, vendors, and business contacts. This policy explains how we handle information related to SMS text messaging.

When you text a Lock Labs employee, we may receive:

  • The content of your text messages

2. How SMS Information Is Used

Information sent through SMS is used only to respond to your inquiry and conduct normal business communication.

We do not use SMS for marketing, promotions, automated messages, mass messaging, or advertising.

3. Data Retention

Lock Labs does not store or retain SMS message content beyond the conversation.

Messages are viewed in real time by Lock Labs employees for the purpose of communicating with you.

Lock Labs does not sell, share, or disclose SMS information to third parties.

Your messages are used exclusively for direct business communication.

5. Opt-In Data Protection

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Lock Labs is not responsible for carrier fees.

7. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

To stop receiving SMS messages from Lock Labs, reply STOP at any time.

You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from that number unless you reply START to resume messaging.

9. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on our conversation. This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and Lock Labs employees. There is no preset messaging schedule.

10. UCaaS Low Messaging Classification

Lock Labs uses SMS for 1:1 conversational communications between an employee and a customer, vendor, or business contact.

No automated systems, bulk messages, or marketing messages are used or permitted.
