SMS Terms and Condition

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Lock Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our SMS service and your consent to receive messages.
1. Consent. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lock Labs or by providing your number to a Lock Labs representative in person or via authorized channels. You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if younger. You can withdraw consent at any time by opting out (see Section 4).
2. Message Types. You may receive the following types of messages: Service notifications: Appointment reminders, test results, or account updates, Promotional messages: Special offers, discounts, or company announcements, Informational updates: Changes to services, policies, or events. All messages will clearly identify Lock Labs as the sender.
3. Message Content. All SMS communications from Lock Labs will comply with Microsoft Teams SMS campaign policies and U.S. messaging regulations: 1)Messages will clearly identify Lock Labs as the sender, 2)Messages will not contain false or misleading content, 3) All marketing messages will include a clear opt-out mechanism, 4) Messages will not contain sensitive personal information (e.g., passwords, full social security numbers).
Opt-Out / Stop Messages. You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional or marketing messages. Some transactional messages (like service confirmations) may still be sent if necessary for service delivery. Other opt-out methods: Email: customerservice@lock-labs.com or Phone: 855-562-5522.
4. Message Frequency. Messages will generally be sent no more than 10 messages per month. Frequency may vary depending on service needs, updates, or promotions.
5. Privacy and Data Use. Your phone number will be stored securely in accordance with Lock Labs privacy policies. We will not sell or share your phone number with third parties. Messages will not include sensitive personal information, such as passwords or full Social Security numbers.
6. Compliance. All SMS messages are sent in compliance with Microsoft Teams SMS 10DLC policies and U.S. messaging regulations. Lock Labs maintains records of opt-ins, opt-outs, and message consent for compliance purposes. Messages will include company identification and opt-out instructions as required by law and Microsoft Teams policy.
