Lock Labs Inc provides SMS text messaging as a method for one-to-one, person-to-person business communication. These Terms & Conditions explain how SMS communications work when interacting with Lock Labs employees.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By opting in to or using text messaging with Lock Labs Inc, you accept these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy (https://www.lock-labs.com/privacy/) and SMS Privacy Policy (https://www.lock-labs.com/sms-privacy-policy/), incorporated herein by reference.

2. Message Types

By engaging in SMS communication with Lock Labs, you may receive:

• One-to-one text messages from a Lock Labs employee
• Responses to your inquiries
• Business-related information and coordination
• Links to helpful resources

Lock Labs does not send marketing, promotional, automated, or bulk SMS messages.

3. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time.

• Reply STOP to end the conversation
• You will receive a final confirmation message
• To resume messaging, reply START

As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and a Lock Labs employee and their associated phone number.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on our conversation. This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and Lock Labs employees. There is no preset messaging schedule or recurring messaging program.

If you need assistance related to SMS messages:

• Reply HELP to any message, or

6. Message and Data Rates

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Lock Labs is not responsible for carrier charges.

7. Eligibility

SMS communication is available to individuals who contact or interact with Lock Labs employees regarding business inquiries, product questions, orders, or general communication.

8. No Marketing or Automated Messaging

Lock Labs strictly uses SMS for one-to-one conversational business communication.

We do not send:

• Marketing messages
• Promotions or advertisements
• Automated texts
• Bulk or mass messages

This classification aligns with UCaaS Low Volume carrier requirements.

9. Data Handling and Privacy

Lock Labs does not store or retain SMS message content beyond the conversation.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
